Notes This is the first time that I have scheduled through the web site and it took me two weeks to track down the process and figure out how to registar so this request is not 14 days in advance. If there is no way to reserve the room this late in the game can you let me know ASAP. So I can make other arrangments. I am sincerely sorry for the late request. Also, I have no preference on rooms.
