Podium and microphone
Projection equipment for laptop and screen -- We show a video on concussion avoidance.
Four powered "media carts" to hold our laptops. (I realize that you are not familiar with these--can you check with the Learning Center or would you like me to? I will be in the building next Tuesday.)
My guess is that, if there is nothing like that available, we would like 4 heavy duty extension cords. If we are responsible for tape down, let me know what's "floor friendly." :)
