Concord Village Area Association Annual Meeting

The last two meetings we have held at Burbank, the doors have been locked and the evening janitorial staff has not been near to open the doors. We have had to go around the building knocking on windows etc.

Is there a phone number we should call prior to the meeting in the event we cannot get the staffs attention to open the door?
