The recital starts at 7pm, but we would need full clearance from 5pm - 9pm.
This recital is partnered with multiple volunteer organizations (Boys and Girls Club and HFF Dowd Center) so we are expecting many guests. We need the entire lobby area in front of the auditorium clear of students. We would like to keep the tables and chairs though. In front of the auditorium, I need a few large tables to greet the guests and be able to hand out programs, flowers, etc.
We also need either the orchestra or band room open and clear for our students to put their belongings and wait until showtime.
Also, we need the front doors open (next to main office) and the side doors (next to gym and golden bear) open for entrance.
